I just had an incident where the coordinator, Dr. B, had many drinks of whiskey and tried to force myself and other volunteers into a car with him to drive. I felt completely not safe and I'm afraid if there was a call made from an outside contact of mine, he would treat me poorly. He already treats these other volunteers poorly based on their bad experiences and voicing of these experiences. I'm hoping to work with a slum school for 2 weeks, and then head north. I don't feel comfortable with his professionalism and way of speaking badly of others to me. I don't know what I should do in terms of not making bad relationships with him considering he is my main contact, but I don't feel like it's a good environment or professional one.
Just keep swimming, right?
